Challenge
Teachers College needed to create an engaging, well-branded Open House experience to attract prospective students and showcase its programs. The event required cohesive visual branding, clear wayfinding, and an inviting atmosphere to ensure attendees could navigate the space easily and connect with the school’s offerings. Without a strong design system, there was a risk of the event feeling disjointed and not fully reflecting the prestige and innovation of Teachers College.
 

Solution
A comprehensive event branding system was developed, including print and digital signage, wayfinding elements, presentation decks, social media templates, and decor. The design ensured a seamless experience, guiding attendees effortlessly while reinforcing the school’s identity. Strategic lighting, custom visuals, and interactive elements created a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere, making the event both memorable and informative for prospective students.
